Our pan roasted salmon is not your ordinary salmon, we marinate the salmon in our own teriyaki sauce for 24 hours then we squiggy the skin to remove as much moisture as possible to create a crispy skin. pan roasted and basted in our teriyaki sauce reinforced in butter. we intentionally Cooked to medium rare the centre giving you this slightly sashimi texture.
